Our commercial division provides high-volume pickup and delivery for Medical Offices (Non-OSHA), Gyms, Salons, Spas, Airbnb rentals or any business that has business laundry needs. We offer customized pricing based on your specific volume and frequency, often lower than our standard $1.95/lb rate, with no long-term contracts required and next-day service.

Yes, we have a dedicated Commercial Division. We serve any business across Nassau and Suffolk that has laundry needs. We charge a flat fee per item for large bedding rather than by the pound. All bulky bedding items get returned to you in a free reusable zippered laundry bag.
- How do you handle stains or delicate items?
If you have a specific stain, simply leave a note in your bag or specify the item in your online order. We use professional-grade pre-treatments for common stains like wine, grass, or grease. Though it is not always possible get stains removed, we do our absolute best to remove them. For delicate items, we follow your specific drying instructions (such as "low heat" or "hang dry") to ensure your clothes stay in perfect condition.
- What happens if my clothes get lost or damaged?
This is rare because we use a strict "one-customer, one-machine" policy. Your clothes are never mixed with anyone else's. We also use a tracking system from the moment your bag is picked up. In the unlikely event of an issue, we have a clear and fair reimbursement policy to ensure you are never left hanging
