Long Island Towel Laundry Service Pricing
Our towel laundry minimum is $35 per pickup. For most commercial accounts, that minimum isn’t really a factor because the weekly volume blows past it each pickup. The per-pound rate is custom-quoted, and four things go into it.
Laundry Volume:
How many pounds of towels you send us each week. Higher volume gets a lower per-pound rate. The $35 minimum stays the same regardless. Commercial towel programs usually pay less per pound than standard $1.95 per lb.
Service Frequency:
Daily during peak season, weekly during steady stretches, or on-demand if your operation is seasonal. More frequent service usually costs less per pound because of route efficiency.
Towel Type and Item Mix:
Gym workout towels, spa treatment towels, medical exam towels, restaurant kitchen towels. They all wash differently. Restaurant kitchen towels with high grease are priced differently from delicate spa robes. Color-treated towels need extra handling.
Location & Turnaround Time Needed:
How far you are from our Glen Cove facility. Businesses closer to us see lower pricing because the routes are shorter. If you’re flexible on turnaround (48-hour instead of next-day), that often quotes lower per pound. Most of our 65 service areas get next-day. A handful of further-out Suffolk towns run on 48-hour.
