If you only need towel laundering and your linen are done somewhere else (maybe you own your towel inventory and handle sheets in-house, or your sheets require pressing, which we don’t offer for hotel linens), our Towel Laundry Service lets you outsource the towel side as a standalone account at a focused per-pound rate. And if you have an unusual item or special request, just ask. We’re happy to accommodate.

For most hotel accounts, we set up a routine pickup-and-return schedule. The schedule aligns with your housekeeping staffing. Daily, seven-days-per-week, three-days-per-week, or whatever fits your occupancy pattern. Pickup happens at the time you set. Delivery comes back the next day folded and packaged, with bed-sized sets ready for room attendants to pull and set.
Sheets folded by size. Towels in pre-packaged sets. Stains pre-treated and flagged. Our goal is to make it easy for your housekeeping team so they can flip a room without first sorting laundry.

What if my hotel has a laundry emergency?

When something goes wrong, call us first. We will do everything we can to help, including re-routing a driver mid-day or processing your load ahead of others on the production schedule.

Hotel Laundry Pricing on Long Island

Our commercial hotel laundry minimum is $35 per pickup. Hotels comfortably exceed this on a single pickup. So the minimum rarely affects the price. The per-pound rate is custom-quoted based on four factors. Most commercial hotel accounts pay less than our standard $1.95 per pound rate.

Laundry Volume:

How many pounds per week. Higher volumes get better per-pound pricing.

Service Frequency:

Daily, bi-weekly, weekly, or on-demand. More frequent service is often more economical per pound.

Item Mix:

Linens-only versus linens plus towels plus staff uniforms plus food service linens. 

Location & Turnaround Time Needed:

Hotels closer to our Glen Cove facility typically see lower pricing, since shorter routes mean lower transport cost we can pass through to you. Flexibility on turnaround also helps. If your operation can accept 48-hour turnaround instead of next-day priority, we can often quote a lower per-pound rate.

Kings, Queens, Fulls, Twins. We sort sheets by size. Then fold the fitted, flat, and pillowcases for each bed together. Wrap them as one set. Premium Detergents Standard

Properties range from 4-room B&Bs to 80-room motels, to large chain-affiliated properties with flexibility on their linen program.

  • We operate on a customer-owned goods model. You own your linens, we clean them. For hotels that want the rental model, you can contact commercial linen suppliers that offer that service, we do not directly rent linens. Customer-owned keeps your brand, your fabric choices, and your inventory in your control.

  • Most Nassau and close-in Suffolk properties get next-day turnaround. A smaller group of further-out Suffolk towns gets 48-hour turnaround. For urgent same-day needs, we can handle drop-off at our Glen Cove facility. See our Wash & Fold Drop-Off page for details. Your specific turnaround window is confirmed when we set up your route.   • Hotel laundry pricing is custom per property based on your volume, frequency, item mix, and location. Most commercial accounts pay less than our standard $1.95 per pound residential rate. Our minimum is $35 per pickup. Higher volume gets a lower per-pound rate while the $35 minimum stays the same. One all-inclusive price covers pickup, delivery, processing, detergents, and specialty treatments. No fuel surcharges, no weekend upcharges, no peak-season pricing.

  • We clean fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, mattress protectors, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, pool and beach towels, robes, staff uniforms, housekeeping apparel, food service linens (tablecloths, napkins, kitchen towels), meeting and event linens, and specialty items like accent throws. If you have an unusual item, call us before your first pickup and we will walk through how we would handle it.

  • Monthly billing or per-order. Standard NET 30 terms. We accept check, ACH, and credit card payments. Each invoice is itemized so you can verify volume and pricing line by line. We can set up automated billing on your preferred cycle.
