Turnovers Are Tight. Laundry Shouldn't Hold You Up.
Guests check out at 11. The next ones check in at 3. In between, someone has to strip the beds, clean the place and get fresh linens on every bed.
Washing sheets and towels at the rental eats up most of that window. One washer and one dryer can’t keep up with three bedrooms of linens.
Send the laundry to us instead. Keep a spare set at the rental, and we bring the dirty set back clean before your next turnover.
Who We Help
Our Airbnb laundry service works for:
- Hosts with one rental or a few
- Co-hosts who handle turnovers for owners
- Cleaners who turn over rentals for hosts
- Property managers with many homes
If you rent on Airbnb, VRBO or your own site, we can handle your linens.
What Hosts Send Us
Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers
Washed and folded. We never press or iron rental linens. They come back ready to go on the bed.
Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats
Washed, folded and packed so they’re easy to count and stock. Here’s more on our towel laundry service.
Kitchen towels
Dish towels and hand towels from the kitchen go in with the rest.
Comforters
Send comforters with your linens. They’re priced per comforter, and hosts who send a lot of them get a custom quote.
Stains
Small everyday stains are pre-treated, and we flag anything that doesn’t come out.
Bundled by Bed, Labeled by Property
Sheets come back in sets, one set for each bed. Your cleaner grabs a bundle and makes the bed. No digging through a pile for the right pillowcase.
Have more than one rental? We keep each property’s linens apart and label them the way you want. The beach house linens never end up at the condo.
Pickup Wherever You Need It
We pick up wherever you ask. That can be the rental itself, your home or your cleaner’s place. No one needs to be home.
We pick up Monday to Saturday in most North Shore and central Nassau towns. Busy weekend? Back-to-back stays? We can add extra pickup days when you need them.

Tight Turnover? Drop Off at Glen Street

Our Own Plant, Not an App
Some Airbnb laundry services are apps that pass your linens to whatever laundromat is nearby. We don’t work that way. Every sheet and towel is washed and folded by our own staff at our plant in Glen Cove.
Why Long Island Hosts Choose Us
Talk to the owner
When you call, you speak directly with the owner, Anthony, or one of our longtime staff members, not a service desk.
Quality you can count on
My mom, Marietta, is our Quality Control Manager. She trains every new hire in the ‘Long Island Laundry Way’ and oversees the processing floor.
Each rental kept apart
Every property’s linens are washed and labeled on their own. They never get mixed with another host’s laundry.
Our guarantee
If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll process your laundry again for free. No questions asked.
Extra pickups for busy weeks
Back-to-back stays or a holiday weekend? We can add pickup days when your bookings pick up.
Free pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery are always free for Airbnb hosts. No fuel or service fees.

Airbnb Laundry FAQs
- How much does Airbnb laundry service cost?
Hosts pay our business rates. Most commercial accounts pay between $1.45 and $1.95 per pound, based on how much you send, how often we pick up and your distance from Glen Cove. There’s a $35 minimum per pickup ($40 in a few farther towns). Comforters are priced per comforter.

Yes. No one needs to be home. We pick up wherever you ask, whether that’s the rental, your home or your cleaner. Tell us where the bags will be when we set up your account.
- Do you bundle sheets by bed?
Yes. Sheets come back in sets, one set for each bed, so your cleaner can grab a bundle and make the bed. We can label the bundles however you want.
- Can you keep linens from different rentals separate?
Yes. Each property’s linens are kept apart and labeled the way you want. That way the right sheets and towels go back to the right home.
- How fast will I get my linens back?
Most towns get linens back the next day. A few farther towns run on a 48-hour schedule. If you have back-to-back stays, we can add extra pickup days.

We wash the linens you already own. We don’t rent or supply sheets or towels to hosts. Send us your linens, and we bring them back folded, bundled by bed and labeled by property.
- Do I need a contract?
No. There’s no long-term contract on your own linens, so you can change your pickup days when your bookings change. We bill NET 30 with a monthly itemized invoice, and you can pay by ACH, check or card.
