How It Works in Roslyn Heights
1. Schedule a Pickup
Book online in a minute or two.
- You'll see the pickup days for your street when you book
- Leave your bag on the porch or by the door
- Pick your detergent, temperature and folding once
2. We Wash, Dry and Fold
Your laundry stays separate from start to finish.
- Lights, darks and whites get sorted, and your order is never mixed with another customer's.
- Point out a stain, or we'll spot it, and we treat it. If it doesn't come out, we tag it so you know.
- My mom, Marietta, is our Quality Control Manager. She trains every new hire in the “Long Island Laundry Way” and oversees the processing floor.
3. Next-Day Delivery
Back the next day, right where you left it.
- A text at pickup and another at delivery
- Weighed dry, so water weight isn't on your bill
- Your card is charged once the order is done
